Brrrrrrrr!

Not much has happened since the last blog.

The weather in Calgary is miserable. I don't remember the last time it was this cold out. It is causing problems training Molly. Can't blame her for not wanting to go outside when it feels like -35! It has been extremely cold, cloudy, and windy. I can't wait to have some sunshine!

Molly is a wonderful addition to our home. We are working on her training right now, and she is starting to figure it out. We took her to the vet this week for her first check up and immunization for kennel cough. We need to take her back at the end of the month for her last set of shots. I'm sure she'll enjoy that appointment as much as the first one! She is definately a joy to have around, and we are very happy that we have her!

Matt has been very busy with school. He is taking a night class and teaching the first year practicum again this term. This takes up alot of his time, but I think he is enjoying it. He is also very busy at work lately. Between the OR position and the anastheia position, he has been working every weekend since we returned from Mexico.

Shane is coming to visit on Monday! We got tickets to Thursday night's Flames game which should be a good time! I think they are planning to stay until Friday, and going to try to get to the mountains at some point during the week. It is supposed to warm up on Wednesday of next week, hopefully the weather is cooperative for snowboarding!

Matt and I have no plans for Valentines day just yet, or plans for the long weekend. I guess we should get something planned. I think Matt would like to get out of town for the weekend, and I would like to go home for a few days. I would love to go home and relax for a while, and Mollu needs to meet her cousins!
